Perhaps you have never seen a therapist before, or perhaps you’ve worked with one in the past and found over time that nothing changed for you.
Things will be different after our work together. I offer authenticity, respect for your time, and individualized care without any reliance on worksheets, books, or podcast recommendations. Instead, we will quickly develop your personalized plan. My therapeutic approach is goal-oriented, behavior-based, and wholly individualized, so that all progress will be in pursuit of your goals. I am equally committed to this investment of your time as we work toward your success.

During our time together, we will align your behaviors with your values in order to transform your relationships, whether with people, money, intrusive thoughts, food, or other challenges. My approach is unencumbered by conventions of insurance approval*, clinical setting, and therapy tropes. I offer a novel approach to therapy for OCD, phobias, sleep concerns, motivation, ADHD, anxiety, autism functioning concerns, and weight management.
